Support Specialist

We are seeking an empathetic, patient and dedicated support specialist to join our team.

From a Technical Support Specialist point of view, your role is to ensure that customers receive excellent and consistent service to a high standard and handle issues in an efficient and friendly manner.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months experience in tech customer support or technology sales – preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide white-glove support through personalized emails, both inbound & outbound phone calls as well as through support systems such as Zendesk.
  • Case manage and resolve support issues in a timely manner.
  • Leverage multiple resources and knowledge to resolve unusual/ challenging cases, create clear actionable steps of the resolution process.
  • Set-up, manage, integrate, and update custom client data bases for the Geo Rep App.
  • Work with the sales team to prioritize the integrations of various company data sets and communicate this priority with said companies.

  • Interest in tech systems and a willingness to learn how systems work.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.

Software Sales Rep

We are seeking an energetic Sales Rep to join our team.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for obtaining new customers and retaining these customers, uncovering customer needs, and matching it to the appropriate SaaS solution. This is done by predominantly targeted outbound calling as well as responding to marketing generated leads.

Qualifications

  • University qualification of equivalent (advantageous not essential).
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Business sales with a proven track record of achieving targets and working to a prescribed sales methodology (software/SaaS sales, Software Solutions Sales preferred).

Job Experience & Skill Required

  • SaaS/Software solutions sales experience would be beneficial.
  • Dynamics 365 and outlook.
  • Computer literate: MS suite of products and systems.
  • Competence with superior solution selling skills.
  • Leverage modern lead generation tool stacks including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM and others.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) an advantage.
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills.
  • Comfortable reaching out to decision makers across channels such as email, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, phone and face-to-face.
  • Manage customer relationships with the focus on building long term relationships.
  • Strong interest in the world of tech.
  • Creatively plan & effectively present sales proposals to both clients and their agencies.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Determination, curiosity, and creative problem solving.
  • Be a self-starter & collaborator.
  • You’re based in Cape Town or can quickly relocate.

Remuneration

  • Basic salary to be agreed on based off of experience.
  • Excellent commission structure.
  • Annual bonus based off of agreed KPI’s.
